 ARC Management One S.R.L. with headquarters in Romania, Bucharest, District  2, 21 Beirut Street,  4th floor, registered at the Trade Register under the no. J40/6729/2013 and having Unique Code of Registration 31698940 announces its interest to sell the Building Land with a total surface of 11,719 sqm, located at 9 (provisory no. 19-25) Martir Dan Carpin Street (Textilistilor Street), Timisoara, Timis County, registered in the Land Registry no. 402257 of Timisoara locality, hereinafter “Real Estate”. 

In this respect, there is organized a tender, with sealed offers, with a starting price, date and time listed below at the ARC Management One S.R.L. offices in Romania, Bucharest, District 2, 21 Beirut Street, 4th floor.

Each bid shall clearly include the bidder’s data, the offered price, the specific property related to the bid, a declaration that it is aware of and unreservedly accepts the Terms for Sale of Property, the bidder’s signature and the date.

Before the delivery of bids, bidders shall deposit an amount equal to 10% of the reserve (therefore, the amount of the deposit will be of 150,000 Euro without VAT) in lei, which will be paid in RON at Banca Românească SA exchange rate for selling euro on the day of payment,  to ARC Management One S.R.L. bank account RO11BRMA0999100059314235 opened at Banca Romaneasca, guaranteeing participation in the auction and, if the applicant is eventually declared winner of the auction, this amount will represent part of the price to be paid. The guarantee deposited by other bidders will be returned within 5 working days from the auction date. For this amount the bidders can also present a letter of guarantee issued by a bank.

The 10% amount will be calculated from the minimum bid (1,500,000 EUR plus VAT if applicable).

On the day of the auction at the hour established (15^th of July, 11.00 a.m).the bidders have to be present to ARC Management One S.R.L. office for participate to the auction session.

In order to conduct the auction the company needs to process your personal data and in this respect a Data Protection Notice will be sent together with the auction documents.
